Information used by HiLi

HiLi stores account details, agent profiles, client and policy records, documents, conversations and operational audit records needed to provide its workspace. Public inquiry forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, state, coverage interest and consent. They are not a place to submit medical histories, Social Security numbers or sensitive documents.

Your selected agent

An inquiry is assigned to the agent whose page you chose. It is not sold or distributed to other agents through Discovery. Your agent manages the information collected for their insurance practice. Public agent profiles are agent-provided information.

Social accounts

If you authorize a social account, HiLi stores encrypted access tokens and account identifiers needed for publishing. The authorization and posting controls are separate. No personal Facebook account or Page is connected just by saving HiLi’s developer app credentials. Public social posts are visible according to the social network’s rules. Remove authorization in Meta’s account settings to revoke access, and pause posting in HiLi.

Access, retention and requests

App access is limited by membership and assigned records. Information is retained while needed for the service and the agent’s applicable recordkeeping responsibilities. Contact your agent about their client records, or email victor3192patel@gmail.com for HiLi account access, correction or deletion requests. Do not email passwords, access tokens, medical histories or Social Security numbers.

Service providers

HiLi uses its hosting, database and file-storage services, and authorized providers such as Meta when you enable those features. HiLi’s in-app assistant processes the information needed for your requests. Session information is used for sign-in. This notice does not represent a HIPAA certification or a guarantee of compliance for every insurance workflow.
